PRICING

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

I offer a set fee for a standard mediation, conflict and investigation cases (vat is charged on top). If a case is very complex or there are many parties to involve, I will consider a bespoke price. Please contact me to discuss your needs further and I can provide you with a written quote within 24 hours.

If at any point you become concerned about the service I  have provided then you should contact me immediately. In the first instance it will be helpful to discuss your concerns and I will do my best to resolve any issues. If you wish to make a complaint please contact me for my complaints procedure.
